• Describe the symptom of the problem or state your question
• Supply the model name/number of your Lachat equipment
• If applicable, tell us what QuikChem method you are using
• Attach data files to the e-mail note if data may help explain the problem or question
• If a part needs to be exchanged, please provide serial number of the component if applicable

Service Agreements
With Hach Company’s new Service Partnership Programs, you may select from three levels of standard service contracts to suit the specific service needs of your laboratory.
